ctrl + E is not working and im logged in as an admin
how do i bring up the in game editor so i can place new spawns?

You have to press it in the main menu not ingame.

nu, thats for single player, how do i edit my dedicated servers map, i have a 40 slot server on survival servers, i see people on youtube login to their dedi server then they hit ctrl and e and the thing loads but it doesnt load for me

They tried and you told them they were wrong use the search button instead of watching out of date youtube videos

You edit your map in the 3d editor in the main menu when you hit Ctrl E
You save it and then you unload the file (in your documents) to your server, I have to upload my mission file to my online control panel I don't know how you would go about doing it, But you can't edit your map in-game
