i need help with my dayz.st server

since the recent control panal update heli crash sites dont spawn anymore

i dont know how to sign in as an admin

how do i spawn buildings with loot in them

how do i make other people admins

how do the advanced settings work on dayz.st control panel

please help if you can answer any of these i would be very thank full
