Earlier today he stole our Rcon password and unbanned himself. We have since managed to recover, but it was a pain in the ass, due to all the secure processes our various tools use. I suggest if you want to save yourself a lot of hassle don't even wait for him to join.

edit: as far as I am aware the stealing of Rcon passwords only affects DayZ.st servers. Correct me if I'm wrong?
