killhouse ?? adding a custom building

ok soo one of my admins was adding custom buildings to my panthera epoch server and he added a building called killhouse. it loaded on server he could see it, but I couldn't see it in game? I could even walk were it was like its not there. he must have downloaded the custom building from another server he played on, how could I get this killhouse into my server so that anyone that plays on my server will see it .

If you run Epoch they're part of the mod now from version 1.0.4 and upwards.
Non-Epoch servers then what Vampire said.
 
confused still. I am running epoch panthera 1.042 on the server and my pc soo why cant I see the buildings ?
I have to be running 1.042 to join the server.
he did say he has addidional launch parameters in commander something like -mod=@dayzepoch_panthera or something but I ddont have anything in my parrameters since its not requred for epoch panthera like it was for my epoch tavi
 
It's part of Epoch, if you're launching Epoch you should see it, no idea why you can't.
I have them on my server and nobody has ever mentioned not seeing them.
