Might be asking a lot but, How do I create a menu.

OpenDayZ Rockstar!
Ok to be more specific what I want to do is create a menu that open's like the infistar menu . I want it to happen when a button is clicked I know the basics but finding how to do this still confuses me.

I think I am on the correct lines with something like this:

img = img + [""]; option = option + ["TEXT","SCRIPTtoEXECUTE.sqf","1","0","0"];

If what I am asking is far to advanced for me to wrap my head around then please tell me but there's a few things I would like to create which would need to this to work correctly or smoothly.

If anyone can help me out that would be great.
