Need help with Damage and Spawn Points [DayZ.ST]

I got various questions. First, I want to know the spawn points system in the map work (DayZ.ST) ? How do the cars spawn again? And, How do I change damage on the server because 1 shot of AS50 explodes a car (ridiculous).

Player Spawn Points = Done via your mission.sqm, but changes need to be made in your server.pbo to stop it selection random places if within range of other players etc.
Car Spawns = Add via ur admin map right click. Click the spawn button to spawn them in
Damage = You cant which is why alot of people use the custom loot tutorials to replace the AS50

There are tutorials for all these things if your search through the pages in the forums, or have a look at the resources (which is a little outdated for some of it at the moment because kindsir is busy with other things right now)
