Need help with scripting for my server( willing to pay ) D:

hey im kevin i am kinda working on my server for dayz.st now i got the auto refuel to work but i guess i kinda suck cause i attempted to add in self-blood bag and heli lift/towing but they didnt work auto refuel did so yea it kinda bites i saw this and figured i should ask for some help on how to get these things
Self blood bag
Heli lifting and Towing
Hostile / armed NPC's
Auto refuel
Full moon (that stays full moon

i am using dayz epoch if that helps and any help would be greatly appreciated ill add my server stuff in also if you need to check it out at all
