[OLD] player getting kicked for no reason

a player on my server said he cant join anymore after updating his beta patch to match the server, he gets "You have been kicked out" nothing more or nothing less he said.. has this happened to anyone else?
 
yeah not sure why he cant play, I told him to google it as I gotta go out soon, his ping is around 40-60s and I have a limit of 375
 
He probably tried to join with a new dayz version?

also check that all the requited server keys are in the keys folder
