ive had this problem b4 on my celle server but after installing 2017 I get this, I can load the server no problems but when I goto join it to play it says that in the server console
 
I had this problem (same server as stark). Redownloaded latest dayz2017 & stapo light pack and replaced them with it and this fixed it.
