Scripts are not working on server!

I am running a Taviana server, latest updates, and i tried to add the Self Bloodbag and Vehicle parts removal, and neither of them are working, i followed all the instructions and nothing!

Any suggestions?

Make sure you call and edit the right compile.sqf
