[SOLVED] Getting auto-kicked from my server

cant find my GUID or IP in bans.txt
and also i only get the message"you were kicked" and in Dart doesnt appears the typical message "Admin Ban: Battleye" or "Admin Kick" etc
 
i will tell you the story so you can understand me:
we send a message to our host provider because bandits and heros cant buy in stary traders, today they stopped the server and when they restarted it i joined and they put a custom mission file like a default mission for them so i loaded the custom mission file that we had (working fine yesterday) and restored the database at the time before they stopped the server and i joined the game and i put my god mode on and i got kicked by another variable restriction and then i put that variable in my publicvariable.txt and it worked fine but 10 sec after i got kicked and now i get auto-kicked everytime i join the server

(my english isnt very good , i speak spanish btw)
 
The problem was Infistar, infistar bans = auto-kicks
you need to remove the banned player id from the bans.txt from infistar in the main folder of your server
