Switching A Server From One Mod To Another

I have a question. I am running a Overwatch server which I and poured my heart and soul into but our traffic is not getting any better. We had a peak on gametracker of 689 but now are just above 1000. Myself and the owner are considering shutting it down for good. Then I thought of the idea of maybe trying to switch it to Epoch for 2 months to see if traffic picks up.

Is it possible to switch from Overwatch to Epoch with everything in place. Meaning custom scripts, added builings & camps, and database. In a perfect world I'd like to do that. BUT if we had to wipe the database so everyone started fresh with nothing BUT everyhign else was the same I'd be open for that too.

Some direction here would be wonderful on how to go about it.

it is possible:
You probably cant take all of your scripts over to epoch but i bet most of them,
The part with the Database will be the tricky one.
Since i dont know how the Overwatch database is structure i cant tell you if you can just copy it over, BUT with some work you can just change player entry by hand in an .sql file.
Will be some work but its possible.
