Vehicles not creating

Hi,

Why are some of the new vehicles not creating on my server? I see the following in the log;

hmmmmm........

well i can tell you now that "HMMWV_Ambulance_CZ_DES_EP1" is banned and maybe a few others....

but i will look deeper into the problem..
