Recently we found a ammo supply box on our server so we broke it but we were not able to retrieve anything from the box. Does anyone else have this problem?

The same happens with the Ore veins.
 
It's not Anti Hack. If the server has indestructable bases (set to -1) you cannot remove crates, locks etc. Therefor you cannot get the loot out of the crates or mine ore. Happened on a server I was previously on.
 
I have indestructible bases so that is probably why. Is there anyway to make an exception to allow to retrieve loot from the boxes and ore?
 
No that I know of, but if you turn off decay (bases will not go anywhere) and turn back on indestructible it will work again. Not super good at code but that is what i noticed.
 
Extremly sorry for ressurecting this thread, but thats the only one that has corresponding problem with mine.

Im having the same issue, i found 3 supply crates (the black ones, like a coffin) I've destroyed them and none of them were lootable, did anyone actually found a fix?
