Vilayer File Layout on a different host

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

All my experience with custom servers is on Vilayer and they have their custom file layout for mods and what not.

My current issue is that I am now trying to set up a privately owned server that is just the basic server setup.

How do I go about organizing the files so that I can have it setup similarly to the vilayercustomcode folder?
 
Vilayer use a system that rebuilds your mission and server pbos with every restart. One a normal server you would not have the custom code folder, only the @MOD & @HIVE folders.
 
ya, i know there is only those @MOD and @Hive folders. Thats my issue.

I guess I am just use Vilayer way and have to figure out how to work with a regular server now.

So there is no way to have the unpacked PBO's on the server?
