Waiting for host error......

I fixed the waiting for host now when i join the server crashes when i join i hit 1/156 kb and my server gives me this error Include file z\addons\dayz_code\system\BIS_Effects\init.sqf not found.
if anyone has any ideas please help me

Either your client files are outdated or your mission and server.pbo's are not the newest version.
