What is this building??

scheduler is very finicky. I will post a working example shortly. have to run out the door for a few hours. I AM LATE!!!! as always

Year is out of range. Do you have scheduled events for specific dates-times?

The bec instructions are/were in error concerning the time formats.
I have a template at home I will upload
 
Yea I just read it .. will try it .. biggest thing is after bec is reinstalled, it works fine a day or two then starts the same crap again
 
That sounds odd if it degrades.
Make a backup of your fresh install if its works.
Then when it stops working, use winmerge and compare the files to see what has changed. Winmerge will compare binary files like a dll too.
