The following is a list of unbanned(& Modified) classes on servers with beta build 102678.

Some of these may or may not work because they are missing key bits of the vehicle and may crash your server, have fun figuring out which of the following work.

Note: if a dayz class is in here it means it has been modified in some way.

BUT HOW DID JOO GET DIS LEAST?

Now before you all start blowing me up realize you can make this list yourself.

Connect to any server running 102678 and then once your client loads up you can just close the window, you don't have to actually join, next get you need your arma2oa.RPT file.

Its here on windows 7
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\arma2oa.RPT

Open this file with Notepad ++ and look for the lines that read like follows:

Updating base class FakeAmmo->RocketBase, by ca\communityconfigurationproject_e\ai_disabledatlauncheruseagainstinfantry\config.bin/CfgAmmo/R_RPG18_AT/

Your going to want to copy and paste all the lines that say by ca\communityconfigurationproject_e in them into a new window.

infact that "BAF_FV510_D->Banned, by dayz_anim" was the last dayz class so everything after that should be unbanned.

Next hit Ctrl+h and set the following settings:

Make sure to set Regular Expression under search mode or it wont work.
This is the search string for those other of use that are unable to read:

Next hit "replace all" and you're done.

BUT THIS STILL DOESN'T WORK, What do i do:
The only way to load pbo's is to put them in an addon folder. You have to either put the pbo files in your addons folder at the root of your servers folder C:\arma2server\addons\<here> or you can put the files in your servers @reality_1393.chernarus mod folder, since it requires code from dayz it should force dayz to load first, have fun with a broken server.

If your willing to take the hit to diskspace on your server you can even copy the contents of your addons vehicle folders that have the vehicles you want to spawn in to the server pbo or even the expansions\beta\addons folder, i haven't tried this, some one can test that and get back to me i will update this info.

so thats not working

version 102591, found all the vehicle in my rpt file and did it like you showed it, created entries in the database with the classnames you see above, effect: fail.

I would ask those people with the magic setup if any of them are willing to show you their file structure, or if they even can. Perhaps the hosts are doing the naughty and they are merging their addons and beta folders instead of dong it the right way.

I dont have this problem because i dont use the later beta patches because i like my games to work properly.

have keep trying, im sure you all will figure out what the answer is.
 
dayz.st has no real ftp access ... only missionfile and dayz_server.pbo so i guess we cant get any info outta them...
does that mean you can spawn them, if so which beta patch do you use?

do you really think that simply merging the beta addon folder with the normal ones, would achieve anything in that direction?

All that crap is banned, all i have to do is move files into my addons folder to force your client to load the correct classes so long as im forcing the minimum version of client on your end.

you have to realize that the server doesn't have the big path that your client does and you have to merge folders to get the same effect you get by using one of the launchers.

ok im going to try that, i have found another way... its clearly not my favorite way, but its using the database and everything too, so at least thats working
 
only other way is putting those pbos in your servers @whaterver_1234 folder next to your dayz_server.pbo file, since dayz_server requiredAddons[] = {"dayz_code"}, it should force dayz to load first, maybe just the dayz_code.pbo though.

again you really should be using rmod if you want rmod, otherwise you should be deleting the communitcontent pbos so you dont have rough classes loading on your server.

Yes you can modify your server_playerSetup.sqf in your server.pbo file on line 83 you have to comment out, remove or cupdate this line:

what if my server_playersetup.sqf doesn't have that line?
 
My mistake, its in server_playerLogin.sqf, test it out and let me know how that works, just a note, some of those units might be missing pieces that make them not work properly. you need to test then before going to a live server.
 
All the answers for getting them in game via the database are in this thread, I then used some ingenuity and loot substitution. I might make a tutorial thread sometime once properly tested for bugs. No client downloads required. I could only find 4 models from the list that had the correct number of inventory slots plus another one I knew of.
