Have a question about my surveillance log on Infistar

I noticed this popped up during my most recent restart in my infistars surveillance log. I also checked my RPT and its the same thing. Does this mean someone was trying to turn off my antihack using a script or is it an Infistar glitch? I am using the latest version AH324
 
It usually just means someone loaded into the server before antihack was fully loaded, so they got booted back to lobby. It is pretty normal, happens a lot right after server restarts.
