To install this, just rename the files from @dayzescape to @DayZ and join the servers, it works better that way, and you can join through commander!

most antihacks will block this, even the free ones. i reccomend that, and also make sure to update your battleye filters regularly. they are found on the dayz github, and are quite easy to replace.

mission would be better, because the server file is constantly streamed to the client, not downloaded. so the bigger the server file, the more the files are being streamed to the client, probably causing more lag than you would want
