that players couldn't change the names! for prevention from cheaters.

The service version that I'll be releasing in a few days only requires 4.0, so you should be fine with it.
With regards to my form, I'm not going to go into the complexities of submitting data using HTML forms and handling that with some server-side code. However, I made this JSFiddle for someone earlier who was asking for the same here: http://jsfiddle.net/upZeB/1/ Use whatever you want from it.
The chat features work fine, but you need to be using an RCon client. I'll adjust the whitelist to also listen for these commands in global chat when I get a chance. But for now, like I said, you'll have to use an RCon client to issue these commands.
It wasn't removed. However I did restructure my website so you're correct in that the link is broken. I've updated the OP with the new link.

Any help with #whitelist off - turns the whitelister off not working? none of the #commands do, I am logged in as admin

NOTE: this is nothing to do with the whitelister.
~This is user error.
Go to \BEC\Config and add yourself (your GUID) in the admins.xml.
Problem Solved.
*Edit* Don't forget to restart BEC, as it only reads configs/xml files on startup.

You provided a different GUID look at your post and the .xml

Done and done, and no it does not.OK, make sure you reload BEC.
Also make sure you're on the latest version
*edit* I'm not 100% sure if BEC checkes names vs. guids in the XML. Could be that.
